Shipping Policy — Genosys

Where We Ship
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. We are not yet able to fulfill orders to addresses outside the U.S., including U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping Timeline
Shipping will begin in July. Orders placed before this time will be processed once shipping operations are live. Customers can expect to receive their orders in August, depending on order volume and destination.

We will notify customers by email once their order has shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow extra time during our initial launch period, as we work to fulfill all orders accurately and promptly.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, unforeseen circumstances (such as high order volume, carrier delays, or weather) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays as soon as we're aware of them.
